Position Description:
The Department of Transportation currently anticipates
numerous internship/co-op positions in Engineering, Accounting, Auditing,
Surveying, Landscape Architect, Environmental Science, IT, Planning, Traffic
Signal/Electronics, Automotive Technology, Administration and Other areas.

Statewide Placement: Positions exist statewide as indicated below. Please i ndicate your geographic preference (NYSDOT Main Office is located in Albany, NY) when you submit your resume.
Regions:
Buffalo - 5
Rochester - 4
Hornell - 6
Syracuse - 3
Binghampton - 9
Utica - 2
Watertown - 7
Poughkeepsie - 8
NYC - 11
Hauppauge - 10

Hours: May vary between 5 and 40 hours per week. Appointments coincide with school terms and summer, generally three to six months. Flexible work schedules.
