Facility Engineering Project Manager (Mechanical) – Buffalo, NY
$65-$70K + Excellent Benefits, Pension and Promotional Opportunities!

My client is a well respected institution in the Buffalo, NY area that has multiple openings in its Engineering & Maintenance Department.

Responsibilities:
• Work in the management and maintenance of various mechanical building infrastructure systems on a 28 Acre Campus.
• Execute, manage and develop capital projects of less than $500K in value
• Manage projects from initial meetings with customers through design and construction, warranty and closeout.
• Inspect Troubleshoot, Review Projects, and Data Management of compliance requirements.
• Manage, supervise, and develop between 3-12 trades professionals.

Qualification:
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Related.
• 5+ Years Experience in HVAC engineering, design of building systems and or Facility Management.
• Ability and experience to manage trade professionals.
