$500 “Tell Your Story” Tuition Contests
There are two contests available. Enter one or both.

Contest #1: Vacation Story Contest
Use SceneStudio Online to create a multimedia presentation that “tells us your story,”
describing a vacation, day trip or a family event. This contest is not about how grand
your vacation was, but rather, how well you tell your story.
Eligibility
This contest is open to any person attending a graduate or undergraduate college
or university for the fall semester of 2009 in the United States.

Contest #2: Video Resume Contest
Use SceneStudio Online to create a multimedia resume that “tells your story,” to a
prospective employer. This contest is not about how qualified you are, but rather, how
well you present your capabilities & accomplishments.
Eligibility
This contest is open to any person attending, or 1-year removed from graduation,
of a graduate or undergraduate college or university for the fall semester of 2009
in the United States.

Judging Criteria
Presentations will be judged on the following criteria:
• Total unique website traffic to your presentation on the SceneStudio Share page
between July 25 and August 7, 2009. (1/3 of score).
• Production quality of the presentation (1/3 of score)
• Creativity of the presentation (1/3 of score)

Important Dates
• Submission Deadline is midnight (EST) on July 24, 2009. If your presentation is
modified after this date it is not eligible to be judged.
• The winning entry will be posted to the SceneStudio Online fan page on facebook
at 9am EST on August 21, 2009 and the winner will be contacted at the email
address used to submit their entry.

Making Your Presentation
SceneStudio Online provides personal and business templates used to develop
presentations and we encourage you to use any template that provides the means to
produce a professional and creative presentation.

How to Submit Your Presentation
When your presentation is ready to be submitted follow these steps:
1) From the Presentation Manager page click VIEW
2) From the Share page click SEND TO A FRIEND
3) Send us your presentation to: contest@SceneStudioOnline.com. There is a field to
enter your email address, which is the one we’ll use to contact you, so please make sure it
is a valid email address.

“Tell Your Story” Contest Official Rules
1. To enter RidgeLogic Development’s "Tell Your Story" contest visit www.SceneStudioOnline.com to create a
user account. Then develop a multimedia presentation that meets the judging criteria and submission
guidelines found in the official contest announcement document. Contest submissions become the sole
property of RidgeLogic Development ("Sponsor") and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any form of entry
other than those described herein is void. Sponsor and their agents are not responsible for incorrect, lost, late,
or misdirected entries. Sponsor and their agents are not responsible for computer system or phone line errors,
software/hardware malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays in transmission that are human, mechanical
or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other
person's computer related to or resulting from downloading or entering any part of this contest. Online entries
will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at
time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail
address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (such as a business or
educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the
submitted e-mail address. In the event of a dispute over the ownership of an e-mail address, the Authorized
Account Holder of the designated e-mail address will be considered the potential winner of any prize. This
contest shall be governed by New York law. By entering, participating or accepting any prize in this contest, you
agree that New York courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating
to this contest and that venue shall be only in Buffalo, New York.
2. Contest is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), age 17 or older who are in
college, or will be enrolled in college within six months of presentation submission. Employees of Sponsor,
their affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising and production agencies, and their
immediate families and residents of their households are not eligible. Anyone who attempts to defraud or in
any way tamper with the contests will be deemed ineligible, and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void outside the United States of America, and where
prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Prizes and prize value: One (1) Grand Prize: $500 College Tuition Scholarship of $500 USD. Prize will be
issued in check form and made payable to the college or university and sent directly to the college or university
in which the winner is enrolled OR winner can accept $500 USD in cash in place of the college tuition
scholarship prize. In order to be eligible to receive the Grand Prize, the potential winner or potential winner's
designee must provide proof of actual enrollment in a degree accredited college or university and permit and
authorize such college or university to provide Sponsor with verification and confirmation of enrollment. Winner
must show proof within three months of award announcement or the $500 USD cash or prize will be forfeited in
its entirety. Total value of prize: $500 USD maximum. Prizes awarded to parents or guardians, if the winner is
a minor, may only be used towards their child's educational costs at such college or university. By accepting
any prize, the winner agrees (and will certify in the Liability/Publicity Release referred to below) that he or she is
solely responsible for any affect accepting such a prize may have on scholarship eligibility or other
consequences of accepting such a prize. Prize is transferable to another person that is a resident of the U.S.
or Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and Quebec), that the winner designates in writing and meets the proof
requirement previously stated above.
4. One potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries received, in a judged competition by Sponsor and
whose decisions are final. The Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner by mail, phone or email and
the potential winner must respond within 14 days following notification attempt or an alternate potential winner
will be selected. The potential winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity
Release, which must be returned within 14 days or an alternate potential winner will be selected. Any prize
notification letter or affidavit or other documents described in these Official Rules that are returned as
undeliverable or any failure to comply with these Official Rules, will result in a forfeiture of eligibility to win any
prize. If the potential Grand Prize winner is a minor, a parent or legal guardian will be required to execute the
Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release on behalf of said minor for the Grand Prize to be awarded.
Taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prize acceptance and execution of the Liability/Publicity Release
constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes
without additional compensation. Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and their agents are not liable in
any way for any winner's acceptance or use of a prize. For the name of the Grand Prize winner, visit the
SceneStudio Online facebook fan page on or after the date of announcement.
5. By entering, participating or accepting any prize, you agree that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters
and disputes arising from this contest and that no promotional agents or affiliates will be held liable for any
element of the contests administration. The contests administration and prize is the sole responsibility of the
Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that all decisions of Sponsor
on all matters relating to this contest are final. Winners release Sponsor, their directors, officers, employees,
and agents from any and all claims, liability, loss or damage, including any third party claims, arising from or
relating to, in whole or in part, this contests, including entry and participation in this contests and acceptance,
possession, use or misuse of a prize. You further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages,
losses or injuries, arising from or relating to this contests arising from their entry, participation or acceptance of
any prize, you indemnify Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all such claims,
including reasonable attorneys' fees related thereto.
